TDU: Worth Reading

Welcome to our second installment of Worth Reading! This one is real strange, for many reasons... A retired science teacher's home near San Diego was raided last month because she was selling suicide kits in the form of self-asphyxiation products. The gig was up when customers started turning up dead.. Her reasoning was that the product is meant to help those with incurable diseases end their lives in the privacy of their homes with 'dignity'. This poses a few questions  1) Who the hell sells suicide kits 2) What kind of 91 year old woman sells suicide kits 3) Why would someone need a suicide kit to effectively kill themselves 4) Who would pay 60 bucks for a plastic bag to kill themselves with 'dignity' and 5) How was this loophole in the legal system not addressed sooner, I can't imagine a 91 year old woman being the first to sell such products, leave it to the Doc. In any case the article is HERE
